Aim: The great majority of people suffer from headaches. Neuroimaging has a very limited role in determining the etiology headache However, neuroimaging, especially magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), is requested for vast patients with headache. We aimed to determine frequency clinically significant and nonsignificant findings on brain MRI headache, factors associated these findings.
 Material Method: A total 350 (231 women 119 men), who underwent examinations complaints, were included study. Based evaluation lesions detected characteristics together, classified as findings, unrelated findings. Patients compared terms basis age, gender, duration complaints.
 Results: Assessment MRIs revealed normal 211 (60.3%) patients, 122 (34.8%) that could cause 17 (4.9%) patients. most common acute sinusitis, cerebrovascular accident, cerebral venous sinus thrombosis aneurysm.
